定盤の擦り合わせをしました。最初はガラス板で金剛砂#120で錆び落とし。錆びが落ちたとこで手持ちのミニ定盤で擦り合わせ。
というかガラス板でシャカシャカやってたとこ、途中で親父に「そんなんじゃ平面でない。新品の油砥石でやりな。本当は定盤同士で擦り合わせるんだけどな」と突っ込まれたのだった。ここ最近韓国から帰ってきていたのだ。
親父は機械屋だからね。素人の僕のやる事には敢えて生暖く見守ってるようだけど、時折どうしても突っこみたくなるようだ...。
この後、金剛砂#120は荒すぎ、せめて#600じゃないと、と言われたのだけど、平面度が欲しいならまず#120がいいのでは...#120の荒れを#600で削っても...。

裏側の錆も結構出ていたのでワイヤーブラシでそこそこ削り落として、POR-15 でコーティング。

かなりいい感じに。削ってみると前オーナーがどこをメインに使っていたかがわかる。ストレートエッジあててみるとそこだけ凹んでる。

DELLのPowerEdge T105が届いた。送込み15500円のあれだ。
pxeboot_ia32.binからカーネルをロードするのがNFSだったとは思ってなく(今迄はなんとなくNFSサーバになってたので気がつかなかった。てっきりtftpだと思っていた。カーネルをroot-pathから読む時点でNFSだろう...JK)、ちょっとはまってしまいました。俺も焼きがまわったな。

ファイルサーバ(192.168.33.26)
tftpdでpxeboot_ia32.binを持っていく。
pxeboot_ia32.binはNFSでカーネルを持っていく。pxebootもbootpなのでここまで
来ればMAC→IPの問題はない。NFSの問題だけ。

ディスクが認識されない。この状況はPRで見つけたけど、どうなんだろう...。とりあえずi386をビルト中。
